Hiroshi Ozeki

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ozeki is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Nissay Asset Management Corporation. Prior to his current role, Hiroshi held important positions at Nippon Life, including Chief Investment Officer, followed by the Managing Executive Officer and the Regional CEO for the Americas and Europe. He contributed to the development of ESG investment in the Nippon Life by actively incorporating it into investment decisions.
Hiroshi speaks and acts widely in promoting efforts to enhance the group's initiatives on ESG investments and Green financing. He has been invited to speak at both international and domestic conferences on climate change, ESG and SDGs, including CFA, ICMA, the RI Asia, PRI and the TCFD Summit.

Ms. Joyce Toh is a Senior Portfolio Manager in equity team with more than 20 years investment experience covering Asia and also the Head of ESG at Nippon Life Global Investors Singapore which is a subsidiary of Nissay Asset Management. She drives various initiatives to invest and act responsibly for the well-being of all stakeholders and also our future generation.

Joyce Toh

Head of ESG, Senior Portfolio Manager NLGIS

Ms. Joyce Toh is a Senior Portfolio Manager in equity team with more than 20 years investment experience covering Asia and also the Head of ESG at Nippon Life Global Investors Singapore which is a subsidiary of Nissay Asset Management. She drives various initiatives to invest and act responsibly for the well-being of all stakeholders and also our future generation.

Mr. George Iguchi is Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Executive Director of the Investment Department at Nissay Asset Management, responsible for ESG & Stewardship activities and Analyst research across asset classes. He is a Board Governor of International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) from 2015, and also a member of IFRS advisory council(IFRS AC) from 2019. He is a member of various governmental councils, including "Expert Panel on Sustainable Finance" by FSA (Financial Services Agency) .

George Iguchi

Mr. George Iguchi is Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Executive Director of the Investment Department at Nissay Asset Management, responsible for ESG & Stewardship activities and Analyst research across asset classes. Junko Yatsunami

Ms. Yatsunami is a Lead Analyst in Japanese equity team with more than 20 years research experience in Tokyo office. She mainly covers healthcare and consumer products industry for many years and her knowledge and skills in ESG integration has been well received among companies in her coverage.

Mr. Fujii is a Co-CIO and a Head of ESG Investment in the Tokyo office. He had various experiences including a Head of Equity and a Head of Fixed Income in the firm. He believes ESG integration leads to better performance as well as a better world. He is a member of Advisory Committee of PRI Japan and a board member of Japan Sustainable Investment Forum (JSIF).

Tomoaki Fujii

Co-Chief Investment Officer, Head of ESG Investment

Mr. Fujii is a Co-CIO and a Head of ESG Investment in the Tokyo office. He had various experiences including a Head of Equity and a Head of Fixed Income in the firm. He believes ESG integration leads to better performance as well as a better world. He is a member of Advisory Committee of PRI Japan and a board member of Japan Sustainable Investment Forum (JSIF).

Ms. Onishi is Senior General Manager of Investment in Private Equity. She has been with Nippon life Group since 1996, and she has been responsible for alternative fields include ramping up Nippon Life's international private equity fund investment program since 2003. In recent years, she has led "Impact Investment" in private equity as an ESG investment in a broad sense and enhancing the program. She is a member of Nissay Asset Management's Sustainability Committee.

Kaoru Onishi

Senior General Manager of Investments in Private Equity, Foreign Equity & Alternative Investment Dept.

Ms. Onishi is Senior General Manager of Investment in Private Equity. She has been with Nippon life Group since 1996, and she has been responsible for alternative fields include ramping up Nippon Life's international private equity fund investment program since 2003. In recent years, she has led "Impact Investment" in private equity as an ESG investment in a broad sense and enhancing the program. She is a member of Nissay Asset Management's Sustainability Committee.

Remus Negoita

Senior Director - Fixed Income Investment Manager

Mr. Remus is a senior director at Nippon Life Global Investors Europe in London, which is a subsidiary of Nippon Life Insurance. He has more than 13 years experiences in the industry. He covers industrial and utility sector as a credit analyst for many years and believes that fixed income investing requires a holistic approach where ESG analysis must go beyond box checking to become a fundamental decision-making factor.

Michiko Hasegawa

Michiko joined Nissay Asset Management in 2006. She has deep expertise in ESG/Sustainability related issues and trends as she has engaged in ESG related matters since then.
She has also contributed to PRI Japan Network since its launch, including a secretariat of PRI Awareness Working Group that was replaced by PRI Awareness Raising Working Group where she served as a member of the Management Committee as well as PRI corporate Working Group. She also participated in a global one, PRI SDGs Active Ownership Working Group.
Michiko is currently a member of the Management Committee of JSIF (Japan Sustainable Investment Forum) as well as serving as a member of Task Force of 10 years Commemoration Project of Principles for Financial Action for the 21st Century.

Toshikazu Hayashi

Mr. Hayashi is a Chief Analyst of ESG Investment Promotion Department. Throughout his career, he has been involved in ESG investment practices for 10 years. His particular interest is in how financial and capital markets can contribute to sustainability through their mechanisms. He has authored various research works, including a GPIF-commissioned "Study on ESG Information Disclosure" published in 2019, which was nominated for a PRI award in the same year.

M. Lisa Tamaoki

Lisa is a Senior General Manager of Institutional Marketing Department. Ever since Lisa joined Nissay Asset management in 2018, she has been in charge of Marketing to Public Organizations as well as planning and hosting ESG seminars to Japanese institutional investors utilising broad global network she has nurtured in her long career in the financial industry such as State Street, Nomura, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. She is a member of Nissay Asset Management's Sustainability Committee.

Daisuke Hori

Mr. Hori is a Chief Analyst in Global equity team and belongs to ESG promotion department as well. He controls the quality of ESG research globally at Tokyo office. He has about 20 year global equity research experience at various offices including London. He focuses on ESG integration pursuing value creation of companies as well as financial return and believes that we can shape sustainable future of societies through responsible investment.

Tamami Fujita

Chief Credit Analyst
Credit Research Office, Fixed Income Investment Department

Ms. Fujita is a Chief Analyst in Japanese credit investment team with more than 15 years research experience in Tokyo. She covers mainly IT service and Banking sector and she plays a leading role in introducing ESG integration and engagement in fixed income investment.
